Okay, so there are more than a few things you need to know about E.A. Let's start with a few basic things, shall we? This is basically a Q & A, so just read through it and it might answer a few questions.
Q: On the application, it says cause of death, what does that mean?
A: The wolves of E.A. were originally humans from Earth. When they died, they were sent to this place, to Artice. Their 'souls' took on the form of a wolf. Technically, the wolves are really the dead of Earth, and there are several theories as to why they ended up in Artice.
Q: You said that the wolves can have odd colored eyes and a few markings. I also noticed on the picture that the wolf has blue paw pads, why?
A: In a round about way, the wolves of Artice take on the form and coloring of their inner selves, or their auras if you want to go there. Usually, the wolf's eyes will match the color of the paw pads, though the paws are brighter in color. As for markings, they can be any shape or form on the body, and in any color.
Q: Can my wolf be a regular wolf, and be alive?
A: No. There are no 'real' wolves, that is, wolves that have never been human.
Q: Do they remember their pasts?
A: Generally, no. Most new comers don't remember their lives right off the bat, and even those that have been there awhile, still don't remember everything.
Q: Since they are technically dead, how can they have puppies?
A: Because I said so. ;3 Actually, younger souls, such as infants or toddlers appear in Artice in this fashion, and are born to the wolf parents.
Q: Does this mean I can make a character at any age?
A: No. Well, you could, but the world of Artice is very harsh, and if you make a character that is a young puppy, the chances of them living are low. Only characters a year and above may be created, that way we don't have an abundance of motherless pups running around.
Q: What happens if my character is 'killed'? Aren't they already dead?
A: Yes, they are. It's debated as to what actually happens, to the soul. Some say that they fade completely, some say they are reborn on Earth again. Regardless, once they are gone, they are gone.
Feel free to ask questions here on this thread, if you have any.
